We have an exciting opportunity for IT and Transformation professionals to join us in building our digitalisation capability. This multidisciplined team will drive a significant breadth of delivery ranging from digitalising the network to unlock decarbonisation in our region, to internal platform replacements, to new and improved customer digitalised experiences, to cyber tooling.
To achieve all of the above we will be scaling up our current delivery team and introducing agile ways of working, changing what we’re doing as well as how we’re doing it.

Role opportunities

The Portfolio Manager role is key to ensuring there is a transparent change landscape that lines up with the Cyber, Data & Digitalisation plans. They will be vital in the initiation of change, overseeing the associated governance and determining the appropriate delivery vehicle.

The Digitalisation Transformation Lead will partner with our business colleagues to ensure change is driven by customer outcomes and any shift in prioritisation is identified early and assessed against current plan. They will also lead the engagement approach ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed of activity and feedback is captured and utilised.

The Product Transition Manager will lead the implementation of agile practises and product management, this is key to driving the behaviours we believe are necessary to a successful transformation. They will work closely with business colleagues to ensure the development of products are in line with customer expectations and manage the associated technical teams in their function.

The Programme Delivery Manager role will manage the delivery of projects including the associated resources and finances. They will ensure programme and project delivery is transparent to key stakeholders by managing the associated governance and reporting to aid and inform decision making.

This role will lead the architecture team, responsible for ensuring that artefacts produced by the team are of quality. They will design the architecture vision, standards and principles that will guide the transformation.

This role will report into the Lead Architect, responsible for ensuring that current and new solution or system change is secure by design. This role will work closely with the Cyber Security team.

This role will report into the Lead Architect, responsible for the design and implementation of system architecture that meets business outcomes. This role will work with pertaining to the design and implementation of a solutions architecture.
